**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a hands-on and responsible **Courier Operations Team Lead** to manage the day-to-day recruitment and operations of couriers assigned to our logistics clients. You will work closely with recruiters, clients, and couriers to ensure smooth onboarding, attendance tracking, issue resolution, and payroll monitoring.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Track courier attendance, performance, and resolve daily operational issues.
- Handle complaints, warnings, and terminations when necessary.
- Work with the payroll team to ensure accuracy of courier payments.
- Visit client hubs occasionally to check on operations and resolve on-site issues.
- Maintain proper records of all couriers (active, resigned, replaced, etc.).
- Act as the main contact between the agency and client for courier-related matters.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in recruitment or workforce operations (especially in logistics).
- Able to lead a team and manage a large number of couriers.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and payroll coordination.
- Willing to travel to client hubs when needed.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
