Job Description:
**1. Pengurusan Perkhidmatan Pelanggan**
- Menyediakan perkhidmatan berkualiti tinggi kepada pelanggan.
- Menyelesaikan aduan dan masalah pelanggan dengan cepat dan profesional.
- Memberikan maklumat dan panduan berkaitan produk atau perkhidmatan syarikat.
- Berkomunikasi baik dengan pelanggan untuk memastikan perkhidmatan lancar.

**2. Penyelarasan dan Pemantauan Operasi**
- Memastikan kelancaran operasi perkhidmatan dalam organisasi.
- Mengawasi dan menyelaras aktiviti pasukan servis atau teknikal berkaitan aircond.
- Memastikan pematuhan kepada standard operasi dan polisi syarikat.
- Memastikan pasukan memahami dan mematuhi piawaian syarikat..
- Membangunkan kemahiran pasukan untuk meningkatkan mutu servis
- Mengenal pasti masalah dan mencari penyelesaian bagi meningkatkan kualiti servis.

**3. Penyediaan Laporan dan Dokumentasi**
- Menyediakan laporan berkaitan prestasi servis dan kepuasan pelanggan.
- Menganalisis data pelanggan untuk meningkatkan mutu perkhidmatan.
- Menyediakan cadangan penambahbaikan untuk meningkatkan kecekapan operasi.
- Menyediakan laporan tuntutan kerja

Requirement:

- Willing to learn and willing to travel / Re-allocate to another workplace
- Diploma / SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the HVAC / Air conditioning system for this position
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): mechanical, time management, trouble shooting, marketing, leadership, air-conditioning system
- Willing to relocate at Skudai site

Benefits:

Salary + Komisyen : RM5,000 ++++

Work Location : Skudai and other site if necessary

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
