**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented **BI Report Developer** with strong expertise in **SQL** and a passion for working with data. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain **Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards** to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights, leveraging your database skills and knowledge of data analytics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **BI Report Development**:

- Design, develop, and maintain **customized BI reports and dashboards** using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, FineBI, FineReport or similar).
- Ensure reports are optimized for performance and meet stakeholder requirements.
- **Database Management and Querying**:

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries in **PostgreSQL** to extract, transform, and present data for reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports.
- **Data Analysis and Insights**:

- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business teams to define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- **Data Integration**:

- Work with data engineers to integrate data from multiple sources into a centralized reporting database.
- Participate in **ETL/ELT processes** to transform raw data into usable formats for reporting.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Partner with technical teams to gather requirements and ensure reports align with business objectives.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and dashboards.
- **Performance Optimization**:

- Monitor and improve the performance of BI solutions, including database queries, report generation, and dashboard rendering.
- Conduct regular data audits to maintain quality and integrity.

**Key Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Data Analytics**, **Information Systems**, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- **2+ years of experience** in BI reporting and dashboard development.
- Hands-on experience with **PostgreSQL** for database querying and optimization.
- Experience working with data visualization tools like **Tableau**, **Power BI, FineBI, FineReport**, or similar platforms is a plus.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in **SQL**, particularly in **PostgreSQL** (e.g., writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning).
- Familiarity with **data warehousing** concepts and **ETL/ELT processes**.
- Knowledge of **data modelling** and creating efficient relational database structures.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data manipulation is a plus.
- Understanding of **data governance**, **data security**, and **best practices** for BI reporting.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
- Attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
