**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate recruitment process: job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding
- Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR documents
- Track and manage staff attendance, leave, overtime, and claims
- Ensure accurate preparation of payroll input for accounts department
- Handle HR letters (confirmation, warning, resignation, etc.) and termination procedures
- Communicate with staff to resolve workplace concerns, act as a neutral HR presence
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other statutory regulations
- Assist in HR policies/SOP updates and internal announcements
- Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Support basic administrative tasks related to HR functions

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum **2-4 years of experience** in HR, preferably in manufacturing or SME environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (able to handle staff from all levels)
- Able to manage confidential information and handle disputes neutrally
- Familiar with **Malaysian Employment Act**, EPF/SOCSO regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HRMS systems
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience handling foreign workers, hostels, or multiple shifts
- Familiar with payroll coordination or AutoCount HRMS system
