We’re excited to welcome passionate, driven individuals to join our brand-new concept café, combining handmade gelato using locally sourced ingredients, freshly baked pastries, and a sandwich-focused and western comfort food menu served from day to night.

**Barista All Rounder**

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve different coffee types and other beverages.
- Capable to operate beverage-making equipment and POS system.
- Familiar with all product information including hot food, beverages and pastries.
- Interact and upsell with customers to continuously get return customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workplace.
- Ensure the practice of good hygiene and strict SOPs during handling of goods.
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist with stock monitoring.
- Assist with food preparation, light baking, and packing and other departments when require assistance

**Requirements**:

- This job only open for Malaysian.
- Proficient in English with good communication skills.
- Friendly with a positive attitude and team player.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi tasking.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preffered.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and passionate about pastries & coffee.

Salary range: RM2500 - Rm3200

**Commis Chef**

As a Commis Chef, you’ll support the kitchen team to bring our menu to life, from flaky croissants to hearty sandwiches and creating European/Western styled food menu (with French culinary training is an added advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily kitchen operations and preparation.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure efficient and smooth service.
- Contribute creativity and care to the menu.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bakery, or casual or fine dining setting preferred.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team.
- Interest in baking, sandwich preparation, and gelato.

**Salary**: RM 2,200 - RM 3,200 per month

**Café Manager/Supervisor**

As the Café Manager/Supervisor you’ll play a vital role in building the team and setting the tone for an exceptional customer experience from the start.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of the opening team.
- Collaborate on menu planning, stock management, and supplier coordination.
- Drive excellent customer service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage staff schedules, operational planning, and day-to-day problem solving.

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Strong background in team building, recruitment, and operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine passion for quality food and customer experience.
- At least 5 years experience as a managerial/supervisor role

**Salary**: RM 3,200 - RM 4,000 per month
