**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Meet annual/quarterly/monthly sales target and other operational-related goals of the outlet set forth by the Management.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Oversee the daily operations, management and overall performance of the outlet.
- Generate detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
- Perform quality controls and monitor Operational KPIs for the outlet.
- Regularly review product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of any outlet that you are assigned.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulation.
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest for continues improvement.
- Deliver superior services and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Organize and supervise shifts and schedule weekly roster for kitchen and service crews.
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices and operation procedure.
- Appraise your subordinate performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
- Any other tasks as instructed by your immediate supervisor or management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Language requirement: Basic Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a MUST. Proficiency in English is a bonus.
- Work experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in F&B Management and Operations in a Managerial role (Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, or a similar role.)
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays. Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- May be required to relocate from one outlet to another.
