**OBJECTIVES OF POSITION**

1. To lead the overall ESG’s roadmap for the REIT.
2. Responsible and manage all investor relations activities by promoting the REIT to open market.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION**
- Develop and drive the implementation of sustainable and ESG strategic roadmap for the REIT and its Manager.
- Monitor, update and present relevant sustainability and ESG reports to the Management and Board.
- Research, write, and manage production of sustainability disclosures including the Sustainability Report,
- Engage with ESG rating agencies to capture and analyse ratings and feedback.
- Lead and facilitate Bursa’s announcement and related to the role Investor Relations’ functions.
- Responsible and manage all investor relations activities and events such as REIT’s roadshows, investor conferences, press conferences, media interviews, site visits & etc.
- Develop and implement strategic investor relations and financial communications initiatives.
- Prepare investor presentations and press releases during investor and media conferences.
- Prepare & organize IR seminar, conferences, road shows and analyst meetings.
- Review of all press releases and credit reports prior to issuance by the rating agencies to ensure for accuracy of information.
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships with institutional investors, retail brokers as well as research analysts.
- Maintain a database of financial information and key performance indicators on business growth, industry growth, liquidity, Return on Equity and etc.
- Key point of contact for all enquiries from the investment and media community
- Any other ad hoc assignments / projects as required by the Management.

**QUALIFICATION /EXPERIENCE**
- Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Economics/Mass Communication or its equivalent from university recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
- Minimum of seven (7) year(s) of working experience in property related industry with three (3) years in supervisory roles.
- Having at least three (3) years’ experience in Investor Relations for MNCs or Corporate Entities.
- Strong business acumen as well as analytical skills.
- Self-driven and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- ESG
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge about local REIT industry
- Ability to work well with internal and external parties.
- Experience in driving ESG adoption is required for this role.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of the general business functions such as finance, resources management, public relations, and marketing.
