Position: Junior Solutions Consultant

Location: Puchong

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and present the company’s solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities to achieve individual and company sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposal preparations.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance reports.
- Complete all assigned tasks within the required quality standards and timeline.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Adapt to additional responsibilities or revised roles as required by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in IT, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Knowledge of software solutions, IT systems, or enterprise products is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly explanations.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Fresh graduates with technical background and eagerness to learn are welcome.
- Willingness to travel and engage with clients across Malaysia.
- Team player with adaptability and a customer-first mindset.

**Remuneration packages**:

- **Salary: RM 3500**_
- **Performance based Allowance: up to RM1000**_
- **Total package: RM 4, 500**_

EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Working Days: Mon - Friday (5 days)
Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
