Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall production operations, including manufacturing performance, workforce deployment, training and development of the production team, machine line maintenance, overall workplace housekeeping, and development of new products or process methods.
- Work closely and collaboratively with all stakeholders and supporting departments such as Planning, Compounding, Packing, Maintenance, Former Team, QA, and the Technical Team to align production operations with business objectives and achieve company goals/KPIs.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production and operational efficiency, implementing innovative solutions to improve productivity, reduce costs, minimize waste, and optimize processes.
- Address quality issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and implement effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to reduce customer complaints.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure orders are fulfilled in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations, including ISO 9001/13485/14001, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and US FDA QSR management systems.

**Requirements**:

- Must have Bachelor Degree in related field
- Strong experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with strong people leadership skills.
- Must have experience in Process Manufacturing industry
- Proven ability to analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sitiawan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Production Manager: 7 years (required)
- Process Manufacturing Industry: 5 years (required)
