**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote products/services.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries about offerings.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and pass qualified prospects to the sales team.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
- Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to customer concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups and updates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive for results.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
