Human Resource Administrative Assistant Operations Intern

**Human Resource (HR) Responsibilities**:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee engagement and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Handle employee queries and assist in conflict resolution.
**Operations Responsibilities**:
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks
- Maintain and organize operational records, files, and documentation
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Help identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in workflow
- Assist in streamlining operational procedures
- Assist in stocktaking and inventory tracking
- Support procurement activities such as preparing purchase orders and liaising with vendors
- Compile and analyze data for operational reporting
- Assist in preparing operational performance reports
- Support communication with suppliers, logistics partners, or internal teams
- Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolutions
- Learn and utilize operations-related tools or software (e.g., Excel, ERP, CRM, Odoo)
- Help input or update data in systems accurately
- Coordinate and track shipments and deliveries
- Assist with documentation for logistics and shipping
- Help ensure that processes follow internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in compiling documentation for audits or certifications
- Support operational projects or process roll-outs
- Participate in cross-functional team efforts to improve efficiency
- **Administrative Responsibilities**:
- Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business functions.

- Prepare reports and documentation for management review.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues.

**Job Type**: Internship
Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
