**Summary**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

1) Warehouse Operation
- Support smooth execution of daily warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound processes, and ensure timely completion of stuffing and unstuffing operations.
- Ensure all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is in proper working condition. Promptly report any breakdowns to the Supervisor/Manager for immediate action.
- Verify that all physical goods received and dispatched match the respective documentation, particularly in terms of quantity and cargo condition.
- Perform cycle count exercises as instructed by the Supervisor to ensure accuracy between physical inventory and the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Update any stock discrepancies to the Supervisor for verification and corrective action.

2) Warehouse Safety and Security
- Store cargo safely and correctly to prevent potential hazards to staff and visitors.
- Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the Supervisor/Manager immediately and take necessary safety precautions.
- Adhere to company safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times while in the warehouse.

3) Housekeeping
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse at all times, especially after completing special handling or ad-hoc tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations is an added advantage.
- Ability to operate forklift or MHE (license/certification is a plus).
- Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse procedures.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
