**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Collect, verify, and process timesheets, attendance, and overtime records.
- Prepare monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Maintain and update employee payroll data and records in the system.
- Handle staff queries regarding payroll, deductions, and payslips.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Liaise with government bodies (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN) for statutory submissions and reporting.
- Assist in preparing payroll-related reports for management.
- Support HR and Finance departments in payroll audits and reconciliation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
