**JOB ROLE**

To plan and coordinate warehouse operations and is responsible for all of the day-to-day functions of receiving and storing products which are to be used by the group and also in charge of timely product movement and delivery to all branches and outlets.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Responsible for the total warehouse operations ranging from coordinating up to delivering products to each department, branches and outlets.

2. Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

3. Adhere to high ethical standards and at the same time comply with all the laws and legislations especially in storing raw food such as fish, meat and vegetables

4. Maintains control over audit procedures to ensure compliance is strictly followed.

5. Manage budget and allocate funds accordingly

**JOB DUTIES**

1. Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts and weekly stock take.

2. Responsible to check quantity, quality and condition of incoming materials and ensure specifications are met.

3. Follow closely all ISO 22000 procedures and ensure all forms are filled in accurately and all incoming products are colour coded.

4. Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior.

5. To assist on new set up warehouse and improve existing systems from time to time.

6. To ensure the accuracy and security of goods in warehouse is maintained at all times.

7. Ensure proper planning and delivery of orders and dispatch correctly according to timeline.

8. Communicate and coordinate well with purchasing department and other related departments.

9. Ensure continuous improvement in warehouse productivity and efficiency.

10. Responsible for all logistic operation

11. Prepare analysis on stock turnover, idle stocks, storage cost, transportation cost etc.

12. To perform any other job / work required by Management.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**

1. Minimum Diploma / Degree holder

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Strong organizational motivational skills.

4. Must possess leadership and supervisory skills.

5. Good attitude and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to manage multi-functional tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
