**ASSISTANT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR 助理生产主管 (MANDARIN SPEAKING) - KLANG**
- Check and monitor the optimization performance of the equipment and machines to produce the schedule output
- Monitors daily productions and quality control performance records, identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions where necessary, assisting in all aspects on the production floor
- Reduce wastage, cut down the downtime and inventory control
- Coordinate and monitor flow of production orders for the floor; able to forecast work and notice potential problems in workflow
- Planning and managing of manpower assignment
- Continuous to provide support and training to workers and provide sufficient supervision to new employees through the learning cursed process.

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma or certificate in related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing, with some supervisory exposure
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions

**岗位描述**

**岗位要求**
- 相关领域的文凭或证书。
- 至少2年生产或制造经验，有一定的管理经验者优先。
- 了解生产流程和质量控制技术。
- 较强的沟通、组织和领导能力。
- 能够解决生产问题并实施有效的解决方案。

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
