Logistics Administrative Clerk

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents, invoices, and delivery orders
- Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records in the system
- Coordinate with transport providers, suppliers, and Engineering teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Track shipments and update on delivery status
- Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical duties related to logistics operations
- Assist in resolving shipping or delivery issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations
- Handle day-to-day clerical duties such as data entry, document scanning, filing, and correspondence.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative or logistics support role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and logistics software
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
