**Requirements**
- Must have at least 2-3 year of working experience as Assistant Outlet Manager in equivalent an established café, preferable with coffee background.
- Able to manage outlet and work independently.
- Able to lead and give clear instructions.
- Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills
- Available to start immediately would be an added advantage
- Must fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Responsibility**
- To work closely with outlet manager on managing the outlets in terms of supervising and directing in all aspects of operation and managing financial performance of the outlet.
- Prepare food and beverage and guide team member to follow as per standard operating procedure.
- Ensure the outlet equipment are maintain up to the standard, clean and organized.
- Monitor and ensure team members are adhering to company’s policies and procedures.
- Assist outlet manager on the monthly or weekly reports are prepared accurately and submitted to the management on time.
- Control labour cost, scheduling shift, training and handling staff issues.
- Responsible of stock handling, stock control and stock cost management.
- Driving sales to achieve or exceed the forecast sales.
- Ensure good service and quality product that leads to customer satisfaction (handling product audit, customers' complaints)

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
