Human Resource Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s objectives and drive long-term growth.
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, payroll, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent for key positions within the manufacturing industry.
- Oversee performance management, including performance appraisals and feedback, to support employee development.
- Administer payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement while maintaining competitive compensation structures.
- Address employee relations issues, manage grievances, and ensure a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR policies, particularly relevant to the manufacturing sector.
- Collaborate with management to provide HR guidance and act as a strategic partner in achieving business objectives.
- Lead initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and workplace safety within the manufacturing environment.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing payroll and compensation structures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives that support business objectives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
