Intern - Care & Success Management Office

**About the Role**:We are looking for a talented and inquisitive individual to join our Care & Success Management Office in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) for an internship of 6 months.
As a Care & Success Management intern, you will be assisting the Care & Success Management Office in improving the current processes. This is an opportunity for an individual to develop communication, coordination, and analytical skills, learn about the payments and banking industry and be exposed to strategic business discussions.
**What to expect?**
In close collaboration with the Care & Success Management Office, you will:
- Perform regular validation on customer contracts in SAP
- Ensure new customer contracts are assigned on a timely manner
- Produce regular reporting on Care Management activities
- Provide assistance on compiling and maintaining the data & KPI dashboard of Care Managers (adoption, retention, operational health)
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purpose
- Provide assistance on Care & Success Management Office daily operations and process improvement
**What will make you successful?**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- **Proficient in MS Office Tools **(Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Teams, Outlook)
- Attention to details and self-driven
- Analytical and problem-solving skills combined with flexibility, adaptability and can-do attitude
- Strong task and time management skills able to prioritize tasks accordingly
- Inquisitive, keen to learn and open to feedback
- Technical skillsets will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in a Foreign Language (e.g. Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, French, Spanish) will be an added advantage
