1. Strategy Development by developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
2. Campaign Management by planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to generate leads and drive brand awareness.
3. Market Analysis by conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
4. Creating engaging content for marketing materials, website, social media, and other digital platforms.
5. Collaborating with sales, engineering, and other teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
6. Performance Monitoring by analyzing and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
- Experience in the metrology industry would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that effectively promote products and enhance brand awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to craft compelling marketing materials and effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
