Location : Unit B-7-1, Block B, Jalan Ostia Utama, Taman Ostia Bangi 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor
- **Handling bookings**: Managing travel arrangements and requests from sales offices and other channels
- **Negotiating rates**: Working with suppliers to get better rates and conditions
- **Recommending hotels, restaurants, and transportation**: Providing recommendations based on customer requests and interests
- **Providing travel information**: Giving information on travel visas and requirements
- **Managing travel operations**: Ensuring smooth tour arrangements, including reservations and standby at hotels and venues
- **Overseeing project incentive trips**: Managing team members and seeking cost-effective options from suppliers
- **Organizing travel logistics**: Searching for unique experiences
- **Creating itineraries**: Creating and issuing final timed itineraries, vouchers, and invoicing clients
- **Visiting clients**: Visiting clients abroad and within the UK as needed
- **Organizing and accompanying clients**: Organizing and accompanying clients on FAM trips and inspection trips

**Requirements**:

- Require Language(s) (write, read & speak) - Malay & English
- Outspoken & soft-spoken person.
- Good follow up skill and highly attentive to enquiry.
- Comfortable working with computer and mobile phone in long hour.
- Basic computer skill (Outlook, Excel, Words and PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel when necessary (company will provide allowance if necessary)
- Assist in any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
- Experience in **ticketing** will be advantage
