Jobs Description:

- Lead and manage the QAQC team and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, policies and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements
- Enforce quality controls in order to maintain company standards
- Working with management to develop new quality control processes and procedures
- Proactively lead the implementation of quality improvement projects to simplify processes within QA team
- Plan, coordinate, organize, administer, and assess internal quality audits of the Quality System to assure standard compliance
- Monitor all quality related improvement programs in the factory
- Investigate and report to management on the quality issue or complaint raise by the customer
- Devising procedures to inspect and report quality assurance issues
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations. erational and performance qualification
- Coordinate external audits, certifications, and inspections as required
- Lead and manage the QAQC team to improve and resolve the quality related matters to accomplish the organizational goals of the company

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
