- Good understanding on customer’s requirements and current market trends in renewable energy sector especially solar.
- Overall in charge of the whole division in terms of manpower requirement, material sourcing, tendering, monitoring the project schedule and successful completion of the project within budget.
- Gather key project details such as utility data, facility profiles, site drawings, system operating characteristic.
- Investigate, analyze, and document energy conservation and cost reduction measures
- Prepare and present technical content, proposals, analysis, and feasibility reports.
- Calculate and estimate various incentives for clients to implement energy reduction Projects for Solar rooftop installation
- Calculate energy rebates and negotiate for clients to achieve best incentives to allow projects to move forward, working with sales team by providing technical assistance and guidance
- Capable of handling contract administration, construction claims, legal and contractual issues.
- To attend all project site meeting with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities and other relevant parties to ensure smooth progress in the project execution.
- To respond to any client complaints, concerns or requests throughout the project.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience the relevant field in which minimum 6 years from solar industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application and AutoCAD.
- Leadership qualities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
- Excellent knowledge in trend of renewable energy/solar industry.
- Knowledge about ISO process.
- Knowledge about HSE process.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,050.00 per month
