Responsible for integration specialists, ensuring the successful design, development, and implementation of seamless integrations between Dynamics F&O and other surrounding systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, Design, development and manage ERP system integrations and architecture for local and oversea markets, to ensure system scalability and efficient operation.
- Contribute technical design and bring innovative ideas to improve integrations between ERP and surrounding systems.
- Design and deliver comprehensive system integration solutions, ensure compatibility and stability between different systems, offer functional and technical requirements, data and security blueprint, resources planning and timeline.
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges, perform system and data analysis to identify potential integration issues and recommend solutions.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders, system architect, external vendors, and project members to ensure a seamless integration process.
- Provide implementation support for the delivered ERP integration solution, capability to troubleshoot and resolve integration related issues.
- Ensure the security of system Intergrations meet the corporate standard.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in ERP integration.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related desired.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in ERP integration and software development / system design or architecture
- Experience to handle scalable projects with complex integration requirements, with the ability to architect or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods.
- Knowledge in security and compliance practices and technologies.
- Experience with middleware, data model, ETL, API development, and system integrations.
- Strong software development background in one of the programming languages - X++/ASP.NET/Java/Python/ C#
- Strong familiarity and experience with solution design and delivery using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure
- Hands-on experience and knowledge with system integration using technologies like Web Services / SOAP or any of the below Azure services: Azure Cloud / Service Bus / Azure Data Lake / Logic App / Event Grid / Function App / Azure Key Vault.
- Beer or Beverage industry knowledge is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity.
- Ability to synthetize/simplify complex information.
- Strong understanding of current technology concepts, trends and capabilities.
- Ability to manage scope and expectations with business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, be a good team player.
- Professional, passionate, innovative, self-motivated and able to present solutions to diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
- Proficiency in Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
