**Store Operations**
- Ensure merchandise is consistently replenished to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Compile and submit relevant data for Sales and Customer Experience reporting.
- Adhere to standard opening and closing procedures daily.
- Process transactions and handle cash in strict compliance with SOPs.

**Sales Performance**
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and store monthly sales targets.

**Customer Experience**
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with brand standards.
- Manage customer feedback and complaints tactfully, with timely follow-up.
- Represent the brand professionally and uphold its premium image.
- Provide essential after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow the customer database through active engagement.
- Mentor new staff on best practices in customer service.

**Personal Grooming**
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.
- Adhere to the company’s grooming standards consistently.

**Inventory & Stock Control**
- Oversee inventory and perform scheduled monthly stock takes.
- Conduct daily stock counts at opening and closing; address discrepancies within 2-3 days.
- Update the range plan regularly in line with incoming shipments.
- Enforce loss prevention measures to deter theft and pilferage.
- Keep accurate inventory records and documentation up to date.
- Monitor merchandise handling to:

- Minimize stock shrinkage and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure packaging materials are sufficiently stocked and waste is reduced.

**Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising**
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable store environment.
- Ensure proper care of merchandise, fixtures, and store furnishings.
- Execute visual merchandising according to brand guidelines and high presentation standards.

**Professionalism & Product Knowledge**
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand and product offerings.
- Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach in daily operations.
- Build and sustain strong communication and teamwork among colleagues and customers.
- Uphold professional conduct and represent the company with integrity at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
