We are seeking a Credit Control Executive to join our team in Shah Alam. This is a great opportunity to join a driven and supportive team in an open and varied business enviroment. About the role:
Responsible and ensure prompt collection of all receivable accounts, proper follow-up on outstanding invoices / overdue invoices.
Coordinate with AC business Service to provide detail for unallocated customer payment.

Analyze customers' payment performance and check for potential credit risks to mitigate potential payment defaults.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing disputes, queries,collection updates, credit release and overdue account.
Fulfill day-to-day requests on new customer creation, credit limit review and update customers details within the targeted timeline.

Support in the collation of any export documentation in relation to letter of credit, bill of exchange or other similar forms of security.

Involve in adhoc department projects and to assist in implementation of improvements and change.
To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree / other relevant qualification

Some experience in SAP or any ERP system would be valuable

Well organised, adept time management, and good problem-solving skills

You have a structured, independent way of working and a quick grasp

Great interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
