**Administrative Duties**:
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized working environment.
- Manage correspondence, documentation, filing systems, and general office supplies.
- Liaise with trainers, trainees, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Handle staff attendance, leave records, and general HR documentation.
- Support management in organizing meetings, events, and promotional activities.
**Financial Duties**:
- Record daily financial transactions including receipts, payments, and invoicing.
- Prepare monthly reports, bank reconciliations, and petty cash statements.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow to ensure financial sustainability.
- Process staff claims and supplier payments,
- Maintain proper financial documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in preparing financial summaries for management review and project funding.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, QuickBooks).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Experience in a training or education environment is an added advantage.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
