**_Job Description:_**
**_ 1.Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients’ programme OIC, government officials, visiting organisations, tour agencies and other stakeholders pertaining to administrative arrangements._**
**_2.Liaise with potential organisations to explore corporate visits._**
**_3.Liaise with speakers / potential speakers to explore sharing sessions and other collaborations._**
**_4.Handle all administrative matters pertaining to clients’ programme needs. This will include booking of training venues, refreshing catering, lunch arrangements, liaison with tour guide and tour agencies, planning on R&R activities and other matters._**
**_5.Follow and guide delegations on organization’s programmes._**
**_6.Do simple translation (English _**_ Chinese) during daily tasks and during delegation visits._**
**_7.Independent individuals, who can handle daily operations without mínimal supervision, will be considered for Senior r_**_oles._**

**_Requirements : _**
**_1. Preferably 2-3 years of working experience and in professional corporate training / adult training / government or related sectors. _**
**_3. Experience and knowledge of working with local and overseas corporate organisations, government bodies._**
**_4. Good verbal and written communications skills in both English and Mandarin - Demonstrate independent programme / project management and administrative skill sets - Capable of handling multiple projects at one-time._**
**_5. Capable of handling different partners / stakeholders at one-time._**
**_6.Self-motivated and comfortable in working in fast-paced environment._**
