**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and enhance operational management and manufacturing processes to meet the highest performance standards for the Operations Department, aligning with the organization's vision, mission, and financial goals.
- Establish and achieve operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance with budgetary targets and business objectives.
- Foster the development of operations staff through effective communication, positive motivation, and engagement to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Collaborate with Corporate Services functions to optimize sales, financial planning, and human resource utilization.
- Develop and justify departmental budgets, while monitoring and controlling expenses to stay within budgeted limits.
- Analyze operational costs based on Profit and Loss, setting cost reduction targets aligned with organizational directives.
- Ensure proper control and inventory management of raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and end-of-life parts.
- Ensure proper identification, efficient utilization, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and other operational assets.
- Provide leadership support to supervise, monitor, and motivate direct and indirect staff for high productivity and timely task completion.
- Cultivate relationships with strategic vendors and suppliers to incorporate new technologies, improving manufacturing processes, and reducing costs.
- Identify, analyze, and propose measures to mitigate business risks.
- Ensure the dissemination of adequate resources and timely information to manage and contain business risks.
- Recruit, develop, and prepare employees for advancement or promotion within the organization.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Ability to manage and address problems with systematic and logical approach.
- To anticipate the implication and consequences of situation and to take appropriate actions and possible contingency measures.

**Salary**: Up to RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Rubber industry: 5 years (preferred)
- Plastic industry: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Kulai: Relocate before starting work (required)
