Leading the QC team in daily work operations, ensuring tasks were completed as required.
- Foster teamwork and motivation of the team to have continual improvement and innovation.
- Planning and execution of weekly molding and property test schedule for operator.
- Responsible for ensuring the molding test specimens that meet the customer’s specifications.
- Arrange samples to be sent to customers via appropriate channels i.e. by courier service, by hand, etc.
- Ensures all relevant property tests for the finished product are conducted promptly and accurately.
- Check and ensure the melt flow rate and ash content tests are conducted in appropriate grades during the production process.
- Raise alert to immediate superior and relevant department head immediately when detected non-conformity test results.
- Ensure proper and timely updates on melt flow rate and ash content test results.
- Prepare technical report upon completion of property test.
- Monitor and control the consumable items for property test usage, and minimize wastage where appropriate.
- Monitor and ensure proper maintenance and calibration for property test equipment.
- Perform periodic checks and dispose of retention samples after the expiry date.
- Perform hands-on tests and daily routines in the case of a shortage of manpower in the section.
- Provide good support to QA Department in resolving customer complaints.
- Adherence and enforcement of safety & health policies and procedures.
- Participate in the 5S implementation, cultivate, and practice 5S at all times.
- Any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
