**Job Title: Business Development Assistant Manager**
We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented **Business Development Assistant Manager** to join our team. In this role, you will support and drive strategic initiatives to expand the company's client base, strengthen relationships, and contribute to overall growth. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, lead client engagement efforts, and help shape our sales and partnership strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, strategic outreach, and networking.
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies and plans.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Present and promote the company’s services and solutions to prospective clients in a compelling manner.
- Understand client needs, provide consultative solutions, and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Lead or support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to support lead generation and promotional campaigns.
- Track industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales pipelines, interactions, and business development efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to build visibility and credibility.
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth handoff to internal teams for delivery.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on business development progress and performance metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Foundational understanding of sales, marketing, or customer engagement principles
- Prior experience in business development, client relations, or sales. Ideally in a leadership or coordination role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
