Johor Bahru, Malaysia Thistle Hotels & Resorts Full time

**Core Work Activities**:

- Assist our callers to book hotel reservations.
- Be able to successfully convert shoppers to bookers.
- To liaise closely with Assistance Manager, hotel-based Group Coordinators, Front Office and Sales teams.

**Main Duties**:

- To be aware of the hotel availability at all times and selling rates for the day.
- Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
- Supervises the taking of reservations and operates systems in accordance with minimum company standards.
- Fully conversant in the use of OPERA & PABX system.
- Ensures a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of sales opportunities within the Hotel and Company.
- Develops and maintains a high level of communication with all major sources of business and advises the Asst. Manager on feedback where necessary.
- Knowledgeable with Thistle hotels and resorts products in order to effectively promote them to guests.

**Must have at least 2 years of working experience in Hotel industry.**

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
