**Position Purpose/Role**: - Customer Care Consultant **Objective**: - Customer Care interaction. Acting as the company representative for the purpose of answering customer inquiry and question. Customer Care aims to ease customer journey from knowing about the company/product to delivering the product to their doorstep **Authorities**: - Communicate with customers/leaders - Respond to Nexus Support enquiry (Daily Basis) - Interaction with customers/leader via Whatsapp (CC mobile) - Respond to all enquiry from Leader Kota Bharu (Whatsapp Group) - Related to product information, promotion and other related topics - Respond to customer feedback - Check and respond to feedback received (Feedback form-online/offline) - Respond to customer feedback: 1. General inquiry, 60% 2. Complaints, 30% 3. Appraisal, 5% 4.
