**1. Sales Process**

As ‘guardian’ of A/B accounts, job holder is responsible for the followings:

- Quotation.
- Preparation of quotations for submission to customers.
- Follow-up with customers on quotations to determine their expectation.
- Assess, clarify and validate customers’ expectations. Utilizing the necessary knowledge, provide accurate advice and/or propose added value to customers to support and build sales.
- Relay accurate information to the Order Processing team for their onward processing.
- Evaluate the loss quotations against expectations to determine a win-win solution.
- Assist the respective sales team member in the followings:

- AOF (Average Order Frequency)
- Monitor the order frequency of each customer, ie. the number of times that a customer has made purchases within a particular year.
- AOV (Average Order Value)
- Monitor the PO value and getting in touch with the customers to introduce complementing products to derive better benefits to the customers.
- Complete sales cycle by creating PO to vendors included LAPP USA, Flexa and Tanehill, and perform Good Received when required.
- Provide direct support to the Sales team to prepare official quotations and monitoring its development status in order to achieve the monthly business targets.
- Responsible to be the Key Person in update and maintain special price access of JJLM Penang office in coordination with Purchasing team.
- Provide timely reports to internal and external parties when required.

**2. Warehousing**
- Assist in monitoring third party Bonded Warehouse facilities implemented for the Northern Region customers, ensuring compliance to rules and policies set forth by the Management.
- Organize and manage the warehouse team members to provide effective and efficient warehousing and distribution services with mínimal cost incurred.
- Monitor and replenish buffer stocks for JJLM Penang Bonded warehouse.

**Requirement**
- Detail oriented; highly organized and able to handle high volume of orders.
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on tasks assigned with mínimal supervision.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
