**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Human Resources Admin (Fresh Graduate)** to support our recruitment processes and assist in general HR administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to begin their HR career and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

**Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support**:

- Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms (job portals, social media, etc.)
- Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
- Liaise with hiring managers on staffing needs and updates.

**HR Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain and update employee records in both hard and soft copies.
- Assist in compiling attendance records and leave tracking.
- Help coordinate new staff orientation and training schedules.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation according to HR policies.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field or SPM holder.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based role, Monday to Friday.
- Training and guidance will be provided.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
