**Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role will support daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Records Maintenance**:

- Assist in maintaining and updating financial records using **Quarto software**.
- Support the reconciliation of bank statements and other accounts.
- **Transaction Processing**:

- Record and process invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll.
- **Data Entry and Analysis**:

- Enter financial data accurately into the system.
- Analyze data for consistency and accuracy.
- **Assistance in Reporting**:

- Support the preparation of financial reports and summaries.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and records.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by senior accountants.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience or coursework in accounting and financial software.
- **Proficiency in Quarto software preferred**.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
