Data Entry Officer

**KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Data Entry**:
- Input sales data, including transactions, customer information, and inventory details, into databases or spreadsheets with speed and accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity and completeness by verifying and correcting errors as needed.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales data and related information.
**Sales Reporting**:
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using collected data.
- Analyze online sales performance metrics, such as revenue, transaction, conversion, traffic, profit margins, and product trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to sales teams and management based on sales data analysis.
- Assist in forecasting and goal setting by providing historical sales data and trends.
**Data Quality Assurance**:
- Conduct regular audits of sales data to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Work with stakeholders to address data quality issues and ensure accuracy of reporting.
**Documentation and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain documentation of sales processes, procedures, and reporting protocols.
- Organize and archive sales reports and related documentation for future reference.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with sales teams, buying teams, and other departments to gather data and support sales initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide timely and accurate sales information.
**Other Duties**:
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Address administrative issues and inquiries.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Min SPM level / diploma; Min 1-2 years relevant experience additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative officer, administrator, or similar role.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office, Word, Excel Power Point)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara Heights
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)
