Sales Executive

1.0 Responsibility and Authority
1.1. Sales Executive (SE) shall be responsible to drive sales activities to achieve the Company growth targets by expanding existing customer groups as well as establishing new potential customer base.
1.2. Promotes, and sells Company products through direct customer contacts and develops new business within assigned territory.
1.3. Identify and acquire new customers/distributors, markets and opportunities.
1.4. Responsible for achievement of sales target (quantified: quarterly-to-quarterly basis).
1.5. Ensure that all customer accounts are within the agreed sales credit limit and to immediately notify superior or above for any discrepancy of customer / company / distributor that exceeded the sales credit limit.
1.6. Identifies prospective customers and compiles information on competitive products.
1.7. Quotes prices, prepares proposals and provides information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates.
1.8. Gathers data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing and reports to Head of Department.
1.9. Maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
1.10. All other related duties and job responsibilities that are assigned to you by your superiors.
1.11. Tasks that specified in Quality Management System
2.0 Minimum Requirements
2.1. A diploma/professional qualifications in Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent.
2.2. Minimum of 2 years related experience in sales or marketing.
2.3. Possess strong business acumen, willingness to meet people and customers.
2.4. Strive to excel in meeting sales targets and Company’s overall strategies and goals.
2.5. Independent, pleasant and dynamic personality with strong desire to excel.
2.6. Ability to handle all customer objections and challenges.
2.7. A good command of English both spoken and written.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
