**Job Title: Fashion Live Host**
**Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent**
**Salary: RM3,000 - RM4,000 per month**
**Work Schedule: Flexible (5 or 6 days per week, including weekends and night shifts)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Host Live Sessions**: Conduct live streams on TikTok to showcase and promote products.
- **Engage Viewers**: Interact with audiences, answer questions, and create an exciting atmosphere to boost interest in the products.
- **Drive Sales**: Motivate viewers to purchase, follow the account, and share content.
- **Create Fun Content**: Develop engaging and entertaining live shows to captivate the audience.
- **Track Performance**: Analyze live stream performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and viewer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Confident in speaking and engaging with a live audience.
- **Sales-Oriented Mindset**: Skilled at promoting products and achieving sales targets.
- **TikTok Savvy**: Knowledgeable about TikTok trends and audience engagement strategies.
- **Energetic and Creative**: Passion for entertaining and driving product sales.
- **Availability**: Able to work on weekends and night shifts.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in a similar role is preferred.

**Work Schedule Options**:

- **5 days per week** (including weekends or night shifts)
- **6 days per week** (for higher earning potential)
