**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed.
- Work closely with other departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Handle complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist in translating documents and communication materials as needed.
- Support sales and marketing teams with customer-related insights.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese and English (both written & spoken).**:

- Previous experience in **customer service, call center, or hospitality** is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to **handle stressful situations** and manage difficult customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with **CRM software** is an advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts/weekends** if required.
- High school diploma or higher education qualification.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
