Manager, Talent Acquisition

This job is responsible for the entire recruitment process from start to finish. It includes planning, role defining, sourcing, interviewing, seeking decision and onboarding.
The position will also focus on learning and development, succession planning, leadership and team development, coaching, assessment, and using appropriate talent management, team and leadership tools and practices to lead leaders, teams and organization to drive performance excellence.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Talent Acquisition**
- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
- Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping related to end-to-end recruitment
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Collect data on time-to-hire and prepare monthly reports
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
- Manage induction/onboarding program
**Talent Development**
- Manage the maintenance of job description bank.
- Assist Group Head of HCAS in the development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
- Collect, analyse and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning).
- Ensure that organization-wide talent management, learning interventions and performance management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving talent competencies
- Work closely with internal HCAS team to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the company to the incumbent.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Degree in HRM, or related field or relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist
- Minimum 5 years as HR Generalist, 3 years as Recruiter
