Swim Teacher

**About the role**

As a **Swim Teacher** at **BLU Swim School** in **Kota Kinabalu**, Sabah, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming instruction to students of all ages and abilities. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to share your passion for swimming and help develop the next generation of confident swimmers.

**What you'll be doing**
- Providing expert swimming lessons and tailored instruction to students, from beginners to advanced swimmers
- Designing and implementing engaging, progressive lesson plans to help students achieve their swimming goals
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students in your care, adhering to safety protocols and pool guidelines
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating effectively with parents and guardians
- Collaborating with the BLU Swim School team to continuously improve the quality of the swimming programme
- Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge

**What we're looking for**
- Demonstrated experience in delivering engaging and effective swimming lessons to a range of age groups and skill levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and their families
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Enthusiasm for working as part of a team and a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
- Kindergarten teachers who possess early childhood background will be an advantage
- Able to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
