**Key Responsibilities**

- Assist with accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, payment requisitions, and cheque issuance
- Support preparation and reconciliation of accounting journals, ledgers, and bank statements
- Input financial data and maintain accurate records using accounting software or Excel
- Help in preparing financial reports, forecasts and analyzing variances between actual and budgeted figures
- Support audit processes by helping to compile documentation and assist auditors as needed
- Assist in ad-hoc projects across the Finance department as assigned

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, currently enrolled or recently graduated
- Solid foundation in basic accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, etc. is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication—written and verbal—and ability to work well both independently and in a team
