**1. Business Strategy / Strategic Vision**

a. End to end accountable for all Finance IT & data solutions in scope, and business continuity, local customer satisfaction to align on priorities and business needs

b. Advocate and gatekeeper for Finance digitalization implementation and blueprint alignment

c. Select & design best solutions for Finance scope from inception to operational

d. Partner with business stakeholders across several countries towards value creation for The Company

**2. Impact on Business Results**

a. Impact on product Finance management and process optimization

b. Optimize IT costs on its scope (current ROP impact)

c. Perform stakeholder management and business partnership Business Functions and Zone

d. Continuous improvement on relationship (stakeholder management)

e. Optimizes Business interactions with IT & Data, providing more efficiency and quality to delivery

**3. Process, Projects & Support**

a. Ownership of End-to-end Finance products at the zone, building and maintaining the extensions product roadmap and prioritize extension backlogs

b. Oversee & coordinate Deploy & Run activities related to the Extension

c. Ensure no or mínimal disruption to business activities through timely resolution of incidents & monitoring of system health

d. Identify solution improvements and increase business adoption

**Requirements**:

- 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree /Master

2. Experience (in years): 8+ years in IT Finance with high tech-savviness

3. Master in Finance technologies to deliver full digitalization on E2E process with high skill in automation for Finance processes

4. High knowledge of Finance processes, data & solutions architecture

5. Sound cross-functional experience with and regional/global experience in managing team

6. Sound stakeholder management with sounds leadership skill
