_Install and configure hardware and software components._
- _Repair or replace damaged hardware._
- _Upgrade systems to enable compatible software._
- _Install and upgrade antivirus software._
- _Travel to branch sites._
- _Perform tests on new hardware and software._
- _Define software, hardware and network requirements._
- _Troubleshoot hardware and software issues._
- _Desktop and Printer maintenance services._
- _Provide technical support on IT equipment eg: PC’s notebook, server, printer, peripherals and networking._
- _Data security, privacy and access controls on files, folders and share folder._
- _Positive, communicative and user-oriented attitude._
- _Got sense of urgency and capable to handle tense situation._
- _To identify and provide daily IT support in troubleshooting of PCs. server, printers, software related issues and networking matters._
- _To perform new implementation and maintenance support to user._
- _To constantly look into the improvement of workflow, work efficiency, technical quality and innovation._
- _Standby and support after office hour, weekend and public holiday if required._
- _With own transport (Car) to support onsite_
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
