Admin Human Resource Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist to maintain all employees Personal File through SQL and Hardcopy.
- Assist to prepare documents for new boarding employees.
- Assist to handover and maintain record company property such as Access Card, Sim Card, Handphone and Laptop.
- Assist new staff on board for orientation by setup new thumbprint, access card, introduce to new colleague, explain term and condition as per Letter of Appointment.
- Assist to do clearance for employee resigned.
- Assist for Government Statutory (KWSP, EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF) payment.
- Assist for payroll process maintain weekly attendance report (Local Workers).
- Assist to maintain office cleanliness with cleaner Agency.
- Assist if filling the necessary documents.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties whenever required.
Job Requirement:
- SPM leavers and Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Computer Knowledge and ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must possess a positive attitude, demonstrate initiative, work independently, and maintain a high level of credibility.
- Willing to learn, hardworking, able to complete task within timeline give.
- Possess own transport.
- Based at Bandar Baru Bangi HQ Office.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
