1. Receive copy of all purchase order (PO) requisition forms from Purchasing Agent, verify proper authorization, record accordingly and keep in file

2. Receive delivery order and do the necessary verification of goods received

3. Receive supplier’s invoice with copies of PO, verify and cross check with PO in file

4. Receive credit or debit note and offset accordingly to the appropriate account

5. Liase with creditors pertaining to payment enquiries

6. Liase with front office and prepare timely billings to guest, maintaining daily updated debtor listing with proper aging

7. Receive cheques and cash with proper recording before handing over to cashier

8. Proper filing of invoices

9. Prepare daily cash balance

10. Prepare monthly cash book

11. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation

12. Prepare statements and reminders at the end of month

13. Pursue due payments on a timely basis

14. To perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
