**Lead Foreman (PUT)**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Aim to manage all technicians and shift foreman.
- Cooperate with engineer for manpower issue.
- Learn some good points/practices from China counterpart, communicate with local Technician for some maintenance work and proper support.
- Hiring technicians with engineer (if needed) together.
- Training technicians with technical parts and spare parts prepared with maintenance engineer together.
- Properly arrange and coordinate the manpower special for public holiday which could happen at maintenance period.
- Coordinate all operative activities in the field of PUT (waste water treatment, process water treatment, Chemical supply, waste air treatment, Process Chemical dosing).
- Work out process instructions in cooperation with the respective engineers.
- Work out monthly time schedule for operators (shift plan).
- Coordinate proper education and continuous training of technicians and shift foreman.
- Ensure well control of Overtime (OT) and qualification of all blue collar staffs.
- Observe of fulfilment of process instructions, various regulations, environment and safety at work.
- Check and rework spare part lists regularly in cooperation with the respective engineers and provide requests for spare parts to the respective engineers.
- Guarantee proper handling of waste based on requirement of EHS department.
- Suggestions for recruiting of employees for PUT department for Blue Collar Staffs.
- Provide employees with necessary information and data.
- Check and maintain discipline within department (breaks, work attire, obligation to carry ID and others as well).
- Coordinate modifications and improvements at the plants.
- Well control and optimization of PUT warehouse.
- Prepare each other as backup of PUT leading foreman.
- Other Job assignments from superior.
- Share Blue Collar Staffs management and support.
- Review all project activities, work equipment and sites every day to make sure everything is performed to company standards as well as to the latest OSHA regulations and standards.
- Locate, calculate and designate job site locations as well as equipment and job site structure locations as needed.
- Work with other necessary personnel and supervisors to ensure all site and crew activities are in sync.
- Delegate jobs to crew members as determined by their capabilities and the general requirements of specific work projects and site parameters.
- Understands and reads blueprints and specifications.
- Responsible for Blue Collar Staffs documentation of daily work activities and progress.

**Your Profile**:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical engineering/mechanical engineering/chemistry or equivalent.
- 5 years relevant working experience as Lead Engineer in Process Utilities (PWT, WWT or WAT).
- Ability to get down to work if necessary.
- Good written and oral English communication skills.
- Good Computer skills - MS Office Package (Word, Excel) and Process control system.
- Able to manage deadline in tight schedule.
- Good team spirit (able to be part of team and team leader as well).
- Good interdisciplinary thinking and acting.
- Good Project Management Procedure and Skills.
- Good leadership & management skills.
