HR Manager

Manage employees’ attendance, leave, and time attendance systems.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including developing, formulating and implementing the company’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws (Employment Act, Industrial Relations).
- Handle HR documentation (new hires, promotions, transfers, personal files).
- Monitor and track employee records (probation, retirement, foreign workers’ permits, insurance expiry).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Develop strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Conduct background checks and issue employment contracts.
- Administer HR benefits (medical insurance, uniforms, company trips, annual dinners).
- Handle EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and HRDF claims/grants.
- Oversee foreign worker recruitment, work permit renewals, FOMEMA check-ups, and related legal matters (police reports, death cases, etc.).
- Implement performance appraisal systems.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 22000 HR requirements.
- To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned when required.
**Requirements**:
- Applicants must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- Have pleasant personality, a self-starter, a faster learner and able to work independently
- Applicants must be willing to travel occasionally and possess own transport.
- Computer literate, i.e. MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint, SQL
- Good communication skills in spoken & written English, Malay & Mandarin (spoken Mandarin is a great asset).
- Experience handling foreign worker management, payroll, and HRDF.
- Applicants with 5 years of working experience is preferred.
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
