We are seeking a passionate and experienced Japanese language tutor to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Japanese language tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language instruction to our students, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one or group Japanese language lessons based on students' proficiency levels and learning goals.
- Create and implement lesson plans that cover speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their language proficiency.
- Utilize creative and interactive teaching methods to make learning enjoyable.
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Stay updated on language teaching methodologies and incorporate relevant materials into lessons.

**Requirements**:

- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese.
- Proven experience as a Japanese language tutor or teacher.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tailor lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Patience and a passion for teaching.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Japanese language, education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience with language proficiency exams is a plus.

**Schedule**:This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Classes may be scheduled during weekdays or weekends based on availability.
